Nowadays life is full of stress for most people and coping with stress is often easier said than done. We live in a world gone gadget and device mad and more often than what is desirable all of this technology complicates our lives instead of making it easier. Add to this the unstable political, economic and environmental issues and situations and many of us find ourselves walking on the edge way too often. There are times that just holding on proves to be the best mechanism for physical and spiritual and emotional survival. After all, nothing in this world stays the same forever. So, that which gets you through the night and brings you hope and makes you happy is likely worth practicing and holding onto. Remember, it is possible that tomorrow will be a brighter day than today!
