These are the scans of the first 40 original handpainted acrylics in The Joy of Design Series of paintings horizontally flipped, also known as mirror images of the originals, which puts them all in a position that I call Part 2 when it comes to the originals in The Joy of Design Series of paintings. The works are here in their number one positions aka my favored directions, but all of these paintings can be displayed in any direction individually and in groupings, including all diagonal directions. The purpose of this series is to suggest many ways of seeing and being. The main point being that there is no one way, but many ways in life in general. And yes, things do look different from a different perspective. The works in this series are about stretching limits and widening horizons and of course, these works are intended to be challenging and also fun.
