We Make Believe - Paradoxical Paradigm by Helena Tiainen is a digitally collaged and altered mixed media work, which started its life as handmade ink drawings, It is important for me to see how far I can carry my art when I introduce it to digital magic. Here you are looking at one end result of these explorations. If you look closer you will notice more than mere patterns and abstraction. This work is rich in detail that reveals itself under magnification. Like so many of my drawings, this is social commentary and satire and reflections of the bizarre world that human beings have created in their own image. But all in good humor!
